Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering your reserved time to other clients. A 50% fee will apply for late cancellations, and all no-shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service cost. No refunds will be offered for cancellation/no-show fees. Thank you for your cooperation and respect for our scheduling policies and professional time.
Cell Phones: To ensure a relaxing experience for our Lavish guests we encourage guests to silence all cell phones.
Children:
We love children, however for their safety, we ask that you do not bring children that are not receiving a service. If it is necessary to bring children, we expect you to supervise them at all times for their safety.
Arriving Late:
Busy schedules may cause you to arrive late, We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to modify your service or have another available hair designer complete your service. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will try to complete the service or reschedule you for another time.
Waiting:
Occasionally we may be running behind. When we do we will communicate with you. Our front desk will monitor your progress while you are waiting and ask our team to help get you started.
Refund Policy:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt. No cash refunds. Exchanges only on cash sales with receipt.
No refunds on gift cards. Gift cards can be used towards services, products, and boutique items.

Visa, mastercard, cash (no personal checks accepted)
