Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request that all date changes or cancellations be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.  48-hour notice is requested for any multiple service spa or salon appointments.  Last minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff.


Cell Phones
To ensure a relaxing experience for our Lavish guests we encourage guests to silence all cell phones.


Children
We love children, however for their safety, we ask that you do not bring children that are not receiving a service.  If it is necessary to bring children, we expect you to supervise them at all times for their safety.


Arriving Late
Busy schedules may cause you to arrive late, We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule.  If you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to modify your service or have another available hair designer complete your service.  If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will try to complete the service or reschedule you for another time.


Waiting:
Occasionally we may be running behind. When we do we will communicate with you.  Our front desk will monitor your progress while you are waiting and ask our team to help get you started.


Refund Policy:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt. No cash
refunds. Exchanges only on cash sales with receipt.
