Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable. Therefore, we respectfully request that you provide us with at least 48 hours for cancellations. Please understand that when you forgEt or cancel without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. Because of this, clients on our waiting list may miss the chance to receive services they have been waiting for.
Because we reserve our services for you personally , after 2 late cancellations or
no-shows, a credit card will be asked to reserve all future appointments.
A cancellation fee of 50% of your services will be charged after the 2 late cancellations or no-shows.
To ensure a relaxing experience for our Lavish guests we encourage guests to silence all cell phones.
We love children, however for their safety, we ask that you do not bring children that are not receiving a service. If it is necessary to bring children, we expect you to supervise them at all times for their safety.
Busy schedules may cause you to arrive late, We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to modify your service or have another available hair designer complete your service. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will try to complete the service or reschedule you for another time.
Occasionally we may be running behind. When we do we will communicate with you. Our front desk will monitor your progress while you are waiting and ask our team to help get you started.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt. No cash refunds. Exchanges only on cash sales with receipt.
