Haylee - Stylist
Haylee is an enthusiastic and charismatic stylist. She specializes in hair color, her absolute favorite services to provide are Lived-In Blonde’s and Gray-Blending. However, she enjoys all color services and providing the best hair for each and every one of her clients. She has lived in Holly Ridge for over half of her life. Haylee graduated from Coastal Carolina Community College and has been working with us ever since.
Krystle - Stylist
Krystle is originally from Texas but is coming to Lavish from Tampa Florida with her husband and 2 children. She graduated from Paul Mitchell in California almost 10 years ago. While living the military family life, Krystle is still able to continue her passion in hair. Her primary goal is to listen to her guests' wants & needs while providing them with her professional knowledge and expertise; whether it be a haircut or a journey through color, she will provide you with a luxury service every time. Krystle specializes in gray coverage, blonding, balayage, hair cutting, curly hair, tape-in extensions, Brazilian blow-out, and Keratin Smoothing Treatments. The best part of this industry to her is the new found confidence her guests have when they leave her chair. With Krystle, it's not just hair, together we can unlock the beauty within.
Maddi - Salon Coordinator
Maddi is a Surf City local. She began her journey with us at our Hampstead location and loved us so much that she came when we moved to Holly Ridge. With 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she is dedicated to providing exceptional service as our Receptionist/Salon Coordinator here at Lavish. Her passion for the beauty industry extends beyond the front desk, as she plans to attend Cosmetology school and pursue a career as a stylist with us. When she is not assisting clients and managing schedules, you can find her spending quality time with her sweet son at the park or enjoying the beach. Maddi is committed to creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests who walk through our doors.
Sharon - Master Stylist
Sharon is a master stylist with over 20 years’ experience. Education remains at the forefront of Sharon Kurz’s desire to remain on top of her game in the hairstyling industry. Through Aveda and Redken, Sharon is up to date with the latest cutting, coloring and styling trends. Sharon also has certifications in several smoothing treatments and as a certified colorist. Cutting curly hair is a specialty of Sharon’s and she has gained a certification in Deva Curl cutting technique. “As a former salon owner and current stylist, it is essential to understand all aspects of the industry” Sharon maintains. Her primary goal with every customer: to offer them classic styles with a lot of texture.
Vicki - Stylist
Vicki was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina but moved to Holly Ridge, North Carolina in 1994. She has been a stylist since 1989 and was a cosmetology Instructor for 13 years. Vicki is a master stylist 1 day a week. Vicki specializes in short, pixie cuts, men's cuts, and military haircuts. In addition to working in a hair salon, Vicki spent 10 years performing military style haircuts and became extremely proficient in both men's and military cuts. As a result of her passion in the barbering field and experience in the cosmetic field, she brings a level of expertise that you would not typically see in most other salons.

Michelle - Master Stylist
Michelle was born and raised in new jersey but moved here to holly ridge two years ago. She started her cosmetology career while still in high school and has worked in a salon since the age of 16. With having over 20 years of experience, Michelle strives to make every single client feel special when they sit in her chair! The services she enjoys the most are women and men's haircuts, along with color and highlighting.
Chandler - Stylist
Chandler began her career in a small town in northern Pennsylvania where she was born and raised. Her and her husband moved to the area in 2017 and decided Holly Ridge was the perfect place to raise their two boys! She enjoys beach days, checking out new local restaurants and businesses, and crafting in her (very little) spare time! Chandler specializes in balayage and hair painting techniques, low maintenance styles, and naturally curly hair. She prides herself in her ability to listen and ask questions to provide guests with exactly the color or style they are looking for. She will also educate you on maintenance and product usage to upkeep your gorgeous new look at home.
Carah - Stylist
Carah is excited to be a member of the Lavish Hair & Spa team. She was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina. She has always had a passion for hair styling and hopes to bring this passion to her clients every day. Carah is a graduate of Coastal Carolina Community College Cosmetology and plans on continuing her education, adding to her already extensive knowledge of hair. She looks forward to bringing her clients a memorable service far beyond expectations and maintain client relationships.

Jayme - Stylist
Jayme was born and raised in Southern California. She moved to North Carolina in 2005 along with her husband and two sons. She has had a passion for hair and makeup since she was a little girl. Being creative and up-to-date with the latest beauty trends is extremely important to her. Making each client feel special during their service while helping them reach their “best hair” potential is a top priority. She looks forward to meeting you!
Kaylee - Stylist
Kaylee was born and raised in Southern California and moved to beautiful North Carolina in the fall of 2019. Since joining our team, she has worked as one of our Salon Coordinators for just over 2 years, went to Cosmetology school in 2023 and completed her apprenticeship under one of our Master Stylist's. Kaylee loves making a long lasting connection with her clients and always doing a thorough consultation so that whenever you leave her chair you feel absolutely amazing. She loves to provide all services but some of her favorites are blondes, balayages, and color work.
Jada - Esthetician
Jada is a North Carolina native and has been on our team for almost 5 years now. Within the last year, her position upgraded from Salon Coordinator to Esthetician. She graduated from Cape Fear Community College in 2023. While in school, she realized her passions were brows, lashes, facials, and advanced services. So, she brought them with her! Skin care if no longer considered a 'treat' but instead a 'necessity' within the world of beauty. Jada is very eager to bring this new set of skills to our salon. Her goal is to inspire beauty inside & out in every one of her clients.

Kelly started her cosmetology career in 1988 and obtained her cosmetology instructor license in 2004. While supporting a military career for 29 years, Kelly worked in many prestigious salons, spas, cosmetic counters, and cosmetology schools from Washington , D.C., Arizona, Washington State, California, North Carolina, Germany, and Virginia. Finally settling in North Carolina, Kelly is excited to serve Holly Ridge and the surrounding areas. Kelly's passion for the industry lead her to open an Aveda Exclusive Salon. She enjoys coloring, highlighting, precision cutting, as well as styling hair!
